SKILL ASSESSMENT OF TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION OF THE EUROSIP MULTI-MODEL SYSTEM
Description
Skill assessment of temperature and precipitation forecasts is carried out for the EUROSIP multi-model forecast system, using two different scores to assess various forecast attributes. Thematic maps identify the best performing model in the EUROSIP system for every grid point in Europe. In addition, different methods to combine the modelling systems have been assessed.
